Over Four Decades of Home Building Experience
Castalia Homes was founded by Henry Rogers, a second-generation home builder. The company is a partnership between Henry and lifelong builder Lewis Sadler, who mentored Henry while they worked side-by-side on jobsites across the Triangle.
Together, they are channeling their combined expertise into a next-generation home building company built to serve the growing and evolving Triangle region of North Carolina.
